Dietz Desk Lantern Table Lamp No. 840

This is a Dietz Vesta Lantern which has "NEW YORK U.S.A" stamped on top.

It has it's original red glass which is marked Dietz Vesta New York.

The table lamp has been fitted with an electric socket, an Edison light bulb and a antique style twisted electrical cord. So now with a flip of the switch on the cord you see a nice warm red glow.

Please note: No attempt has been made to make this piece new. I like to keep old pieces with age and history, clean and showing their age.

The desk lamp stands 14" tall to the top of the handle and 8" wide.
